Where can I find the price of a product?
The price depends on quantity, customizations and shipping method. You can ask
for a quotation through the live chat.
How can I ask a quotation?
You can ask a free quotation adding the products in your cart and sending the
request through the live chat.
Is registration compulsory to ask a quotation?
Yes, you need to be registered if you want to ask a quotation.
What happens if I interrupt the online negotiation?
If you do not accept the quotation or you change your mind, your order will not be
confirmed.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with bank transfer or credit card/Paypal.
Can I request products customization?
The possibility of product customization (for example, cutting a plate) is up to the
supplier, so you can ask it during the negotiation. Customizations may require an
extra charge.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
What are the shipping methods?
Stocknet offers three shipping conditions, to be discussed during the negotiation:
- standard delivery
- express delivery
- collection from the supplier
How can I track my delivery?
You will receive an email from the courier service with the information about your
order and time of delivery.
How can I calculate the shipping costs and custom duties?
If the shipping address is outside the European Union we may apply custom
duties.

How can I verify that the products are compliant with my standard?
Every product has its quality certificate. You can find it attached in the product
page and if you buy the product we will send to you the original version.
